TataIndicom VSNL Additional Email ID disabled with no warning

In the month of January Tata Indicom VSNL upgraded their mail facility. I got a notice from them of the procedure and I was told that I would not be inconvenienced by this process. Immediately after the process, the alias email ID that was created for free and maintained for almost 10 years was not working. According to their customer support, it did not reflect in their records. I sent them email documented evidence of the existence of this ID... specifically bills that Tata Docomo send to me previously to the deleted ID.
I have tried speaking and sending Emails to the Nodal as well as Appellate Authority... All I'm getting is appalling responses. I receive many sensitive emails on this ID and now without any warning or notice, I have no access to my emails.

This is preposterous... Before the mail migration process I had got a notice from Tata Indicom that I will not be inconvenienced during the migration process. Now the entire contract of the notice has been violated. From being told by Mamta Jain that my email ID will be reactivated on the 8th of Feb, I'm now being told by your team (Ms. Dipali), that I have to pay, to activated this account.
This ID was an alias account under my primary login which was given to me free almost 10 years back and I've been using it for that long. I've never been given any kind of notice of renewal or fee. Now Dipali tells me that because it doesn't show in the system, the only way I can have my email ID is if I pay for it.
I have not got any notices to warn me of this cancellation. A lot of important, sensitive communication happens through this email ID. This is completely absurd that this organisation works in this manner. This company has no legal backing to dish out this kind of attitude and service to its customers...

It is now the 17th of Feb. I was told on the 2nd of Feb, when I called 9223461517 that my alternate ID nitinchandy@vsnl.com would be made active by the 8th by a Mrs. Mamta Jain. Nothing has happened since... and I get no responses when I called the above mentioned number.
Either your people don't care or I don't know what the issue is.

I maintain that it has been deleted by your people, during the migration process on the 12th of January out of carelessness.
I insist this be resolved and my email address be active again without any loss of data in it.
