Did not issue the tickets

Hello,

I had booked for AUS v/s IND 2nd test cricket match which will be playing in Bangalore on Sunday. I booked the tickets in bookmyshow.com. But when I went to collect the tickets at the counter. The people at the counters were saying its been collected by someone. But I never collected it. They could not trace who collected it. And without verifying credit card they had given to someone. And they were least bothered to answer me. I am still wonder how can they give to someone? And they don't have patience to answer me. I lost my money and I was looking forward to watch the match, but now all tickets were sold out. It was very sad that they are very irresponsible and they have worst system in place which they are not able to trace the things in the system
