Non delivery of IPL tickets

Booked IPL tickets for PWI Vs. CSK match 14th April. Till date the tickets have not been delivered after having collected the delivery charges for the tickets. Booking Ref no. IPPW0000530983. There is no information on Book my Show website, not intimation by sms or email about the tickets, in the Track Delivery option of the site it shows "Marked for Delivery".

The customer support no. does not work and there is no way of contacting Book My Show. I manage to get some no, and call them to learn to my horror that I will have to go from Mumbai to Pune and collect my tickets personally from Deccan Gymkhana. Can you believe this, I live in Mumbai and have to go past the stadium on the express way and drive an additional 60 kms. to get my tickets for the match after having paid for the Delivery charges.

Please, Please, Please someone in this country should teach such cheats a lesson not to collect payments if they cannot deliver. They make very tall claims and just fail to deliver. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Please someone do something.
