Continously failure of connecting it

Hi mysellf ayush aggarwal from delhi shahdara.

i m using mtnl broadband connection of rs 600 unlimited plan but i am sorry i think i made a mistake because i dnt knw wat to do for using it.

continuously from the first day, its giving me headache ..i have complaint so many times at shahdara branch, even i have changed my line after a long struggle but stillll its nt wrking .the line man they sent or can say so called problem solver is such a dumb his name is suraj .he dnt knw anything .how to solve the problem even he dont understand what the problem is... thats making me frustrated so much.

i already had a loss of rs 10000 because of that great mtnl connection ..so plzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

do something so that we consumer can say that we are mtnl users proudly
