Broadband Connection
Complaint not resolved

Dear Sir,

I had registered a complaint for my Broad band connection not working on jan 16th wide complaint no. 145141449. The complaint has not been resolved despite a person visiting and checking the connections. He informed that this has to be looked into at the server end and will pursue. However could not give a time frame.

On the other hand I received an SMS stating that the said complaint has been processed.

Please look into the matter as it is more than 3 days now that I have without the connection.
