Respected Sir

I have applied for a new Broad Band connection more than one month.

But unfortunately the connection is not done till today. Work order no. 11398980003

for BB Provision status is completed on 11.05.2012 as per your official record.

But I have not get any facilities till today.

So please look after the matter urgently and do the needful for the above Broad Band

connection, which is badly my requirement.
