Broad band connection Rs 999 p.m. rental plan
No response for my request for termination as I am going abroad on 20.4.2010 for six months

I have been trying to get the internet connection terminated well before 20.4.10 and gave a letter to your airtel office at chromepet (vettri Theater complex) they would not accept it saying the activity does not fall within their activities; I have communicated this to your Mr Sureshkumar whom I knew because he was instrumental in getting the connection; he promised to help me but my further attempts to contact him never came thru over cell phone; Aitrtel people at chromepet tried to get me on tel no. 198 from their office; when i spoke to ur customer care department on 2.4.2010 on tel no.198 the lady on ur line asked me to contact 5 days before 20.4.2010; but my frantic attempts to contact ur customer care was futile and I almost exhausted my cell storage; when i again called ur chromepet office (as mentioned above) today they told me to go to Guindy Airtel but they could provide neither tel No. nor address of ur Guindy office; I am leaving on 20.4.10 early morning and I am at a loss to know what to do. Today is Saturday and i am expected to run from pillar to post for simple cancellation of my broadband connection; your 121 or 44444121 or044 42112345 are not approachabe and confusing; In this context I am arranging to get the modem and the airtel tel from my system on 20.4.10 by my engineer and will not be in my use; Please note not to bill me for internet from the month of May which on no account will be bound or liable to pay; I have given my email address and landline tel no to u already; my account no with u is 14399552 and user id and tel no is already with u; please do the needful because though i have lodged a letter dated 2.4.2010 with u it was not taken by ur chromepet office and i am left with no address to send the letter; I am helpless, sir, as anybody would be in my situation and seek ur immediate action to and refund of deposit; i have paid bills upto 30, 3 and committed to pay bills upto9 April and no more; please call me positively on Monday morning
