Browsing & Downloading Problem

Dear Sir, i faced so many problems In my Modem. Yeasterday i downloading a 2. 51 gb file. it was complited 600 mb but today it was changed in 112mb, So many times my downloading file is broken for slow connection. What is this problem??? Can you tell me??? My download speed is 1.33-12 kb/sec. My bwousing speed is to slow. I show a error msg again and again. I can't acces my email, I can't upload Any Short File (min 300-500 kb), I Just accees A tab but next tab is not open. after open 2 tab my link is broken again & again. So my consentred is lost For Reliance Netconnect Service. So Sir Plz Do for this as early as possible. My Modem Number-9332024042
