Deactivation of games

Dear sir/madam,

my name is poornima from tirupati . iam r insisted for subscription of games.iam r paying (Rs200) per month from 3 months.i did'nt even used from the starting day.when i consulted the bsnl customer service, they r not responding properly.please say the method of deactivation for the games
