Slow speed of bsnl gprs

I have 98Rs.bsnl gprs plan. its speed very slow, even i cann't open google at this speed at my computer.its speed under1kbs.i call c.care many times but i do not get ssatisfied answers by them (c.care executive). bsnl deos mentally harassment me. it waist my time & money. my bsnl prepaid no.is 9416504643
