BSNL Braod Band
Non functioning

I am having a broad band connection from BSNL for the last six months. I have tried the bsnl customer care for registering my request for attending complaints and no proper attention either for lifting the phone or by other means. My land line no is 288 0498. Though i am paying for the internet services but i am unable to utilise because of the connectvity and login issues.
