Connection problem

Dear Sir,

I have just registered for BSNL Broadband Service since august. My Phone number is 08543-270243

Right from day one, I have been having problems with their connection.

I have been repeatedly making complaints on their Customer Care number (most of the time nobody answers the calls!!! and they dont even know the local GM telephone number???) as well as spoken to the JE (again a person who claims he is very busy dealing with problems in remote places and cannot find enough time to fixup the problem right next door to his office) to help fixing the modem/wires which may be the cause of the service not working as network keeps fluctuating some times. However after no service for so many days and numerous complaints and no soultions later, I am feeling helpless and request your assistance in the matter.
