1. My phone no is 0120-2658539 with brodband. On 19 nov i ve submitted an application for change of my broadband plan from HOME 500 C to HOME 750, which is an UNLIMITED downloading plan which was supposed to be activated from 1 dec 09
2 There was no monthly bill generated for the month of Nov 09.
3 Bill for month of Nov - Dec 09 was received in Jan 10, with a huge amount of Rs 6383 as net payment.
4 On enquiring i came to know tht my Broadband plan is still HOME 500 C and was not changed to UNLIMITED download plan (HOME 750) and thts why bill is so huge. At the same time one more application for previous settlement of bill (for Phone Unserviceable period) was also given, which was adjusted in this bill.
5 This fault is purely from the administration and not from my side and hence my bill should be re generated as per Home 750 plan.
