Respected Sir/Madam,

My BSNL landline number is 033-22417041.I am using BSNL broadband for past 3 years. I changed my plan from Home 250 to Home 500C.But it is clearly mentioned in the plan that we will be getting bandwidth between 256kbps to 2Mbps. But my speed never goes above 220kbps. I have complained many time in my Barabazar Exchange but no action have been taken yet. Its a serious matter.

Hoping that you will look over this serious problem.
