Not able to avail service

Sir, I have purchased BSNL broadband service. now i am not able to change my password.. as well as i am not able to get to the customer service, before i could give my information to the customer service my phone gets cut off. Can you please do the needful to solve my problem... BSNL is not giving proper service for the money i have paid. kindly do the needful.
