Non Refund of amount

Hi,

On Jan 18th i saw a deal on koovs.com about an electric blankets and eager to buy it. I ordered it on that day itself. Still after 15days i didn't got my order, so for enquiry i contact the website and they replied that my order is not applicable for that particular product which i select. Again i mailed them about replacement of my order which is applicable for that deal. But they didn't responded me for that replacement. For that i asked them for my refund of amount but they are not at all responding for mails. I feel that the website is scam and asking all of my friends not to order any of your deals in KOOVS.Com
