Not working not responding to complaints

My Phone NO is 04146259252. I have registered for 750 unlimited plan. The service is not working for past 3 weeks. We had called them several times but all is of no use. The way the officials respond is really tedious. This had been the regular practice by them. This had led to frustration and mental pressure. I dont know wat should be the next move. Please help me out.
