i m native of aganampudi in visakhapatnam andhrapradesh

i am pursuing my final b.tech

i am using bsnl with no 08912541738

do to the underground sewage system the roads are dug and all the bsnl cables are destroyed by using proclainers in our locality, since the there is nosrevice provided

despite of this they are sending me the bill since last three months, but the service is not provided since oct mwhen i enqured aout thios in the bsnl office then didnt respond properly . when i am sking for disconnection they are telling to pay the full bill

waht should i do
