Overcharging

Sir, I am having a connection of EVDO which I started using from jan in NIMS. The charges for that were Rs 638 p.m for unlimited downloads. later I made the payment options through my bank account. Initially i got the bill for 638 rupees. I forgot about the billing as it was regularly paid through my account, but later from october they started charging me 1210 rupees. i thought that it was probably because of increased tariff but when i searched the net it clearly mentioned that existing users will charged old tariff only. kindly let me know the status for i may plan to disconect this service for it is too costly.
