Reconnection problem

Since iam residing ambattur, Oragadam there will be always such kind of problem and there is no remedy for these such damn problems

Is any one really reading these complaints from Bsnl and take actions to speed up the process?

I need a quick remedy for this problem

I have called all the customer care and other numbers I can contact for this problem and the only reply is I will take care of this problem and send a line man to your location and clear this problem and Iam waiting for 10 or more days for these problems to be cleared but no one comes to clear this problem.

I am very dissatisfied with this poor management and service and I will not suggest any one for taking the landline connection from Bsnl.

If any one really named higher officials in BSNL I would ask him why you guys are very slow with the normal process of reconnection and making the customers suffer??

is this the way you work and not even working for the salary you getting from BSNL

I know its Just a waste of time in filing compliants but I like to do that and some one will read this and they will drop taking the connection from u guys.
