Oadband usage can't be viewed

The broadband usage cannot be viewed, earlier the usage can be accessed from bsnlportal whereas when they change the site they have not informed to the customer about the change and after enquired from the help desk they have given the site address http: selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in, but the site cant be opened after number of attempts. It seems the user friendly becomes tension creature.
