i just want to tell u thet i have base fone of bsnl the number is this 01334-250734 but aaj k time mai jab bhut sari private companies base fone k sath broadband bhi provide kar rahi hai but humne govt company bsnl par uski service aur fast internet facility ko dekhkar choose kiya tha but unfortunetly aapke nigam k kuch log costumer ko service nhi de rahe mere ghar ka fone 01334-250734 last 2 months se khrab tha lagatar complaint karne k baad 3 din pehle humara fone sahi kiya gaya but internet still not working . iski complaint karwane jab mai 9/9/10 ko aapke jwalapur exchange gaya to i was shocked because there is no responsible person, no S.D.O just one peon and two line man when i asked ur worker line man his name is BRIJPAL where is the S.D.O he said he is on lunch and that time is 1.30 pm i said ok maine line man se kha k 2 mhine baad humara fone sahi hua to internet nhi chal raha so he said to me MAI KYA KARU maine kha aap mujhe written mai likhkar de do k i cant give u service he said no

so sir i want to know that k agar humne itni saro private company hote hue bhi bsnl ko choose kiya to kya ye humari mistake hai

i'llrequest to u please take some action aur mere problem short out kare 58302
