Ill amount Rs.1328.24 for the month of August/10 seems to be absurd. My account No. is 8002362564 and customer id is 3002362564.Kindly let me know how to be informed about the bill for the job right at the time of operation? Otherwise it will be taken for granted that BSNL is not a worth-believing site and there is a lot of other options open for the customers.
