Landline Dead

My landline telephone is dead since 17/10. I had registered complain regarding same on 198. Than several times i had spoken with Officers sitting in Fetex Exchange. I had spoken with Mr B.R Singh (Customer Grievance on 9423082366) and Mr. Jaiswal (Fetex Exchange Incharge) on 9423988899. They both replied me that they are on leave for 15 days. You pls call on 0251-2529066 and update your complaint status.

No body is attaining my complain and as I am also working in Mumbai I could not visit the telephone office everyday. Hence I request you to please help me. My landline number is 0251-2521062.
