Dead slow speed of internet & gprs services

Dear Sir,

It is regretted to mention here that when the whole world is connected by means of faster internet & gprs services, then why the place like Little Andaman has been kept avoided from these kind of services. The speed we are getting at Little Andaman is dead slow. Kindly improve it or provide 3G service earliest please.
