Please deactivate MUSIC ON DEMAND monthly charges activated on Telephone no. 0181-2603291. complaint already made by me, has been said to be resolved vide registration no. 1004263703, where as Bill of March still reflects charges of Rs. 149/-. HELPLINE OF BSNL IS NOT RESPONDING AND PERSON ATTENDING CALL NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEIR JOB. IT IS REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE MUSIC ON DEMAND IMMEDIATELY AND CONFIRM
