Worst service of Broadband

BSNL we are very upset with your work as we took the connection of internet on this number 040-24472061 dated on 1-1-11 but it did not came we got the connection on 4-1-11 so we said ok let it be but after it when we started doing it dose not responded, it was disconnecting in between the process going on it was showing that the computer is having 678 error or the line is busy that was irritable the work was becoming pending we complained about it many times but the customer service is not responding on our complain. Do you thing we are fool to use this type of connection and wasting our time and money. If you all will not respond I will disconnect the internet line as well as phone line which is 15 year old. So kindly take necessary action if the higher authority is there……...
