Non receipt of bill

1. i have got connection of landline with broadband internet connection.

2..my landline number is 2580458

3. my complaint is as follows.

being a central govt officer i have not been provided with 20% rebate till date.

i do not get my bill in time resulting in disconnection.

i have apprised this matter number of times with BSNL authorities but till now no action has been initiated.

kindly look into matter
