This is to inform you that I have purchased a Samsung star 2 duas on 28 dec. It an instantaneous payment but its pity on your system that even till now I have not been able to get my mobile phone despite the fact that I have called no of tmes to your representative.
It is a matter of regret that you people are giving un necessary excuses day by day and you people are persuading me to take this matter to consumer court.
Its ironical that u people never bothered to call me even once during this entire period.
