BSNL landline-broadband connection
Broadbank connection not given even after a lapse of 6 months

My BSNL landline number is 24860294. I applied for this connection during November and the phone was installed in my house on 28.01.2011. Till date the broadband connection is not working despite various complaints, I get complaint number that is all. Still worse is the attitude of of the employees expect atleast Rs.200/- per visit to the house three or four person come when complained, does not rectify the fault but expect money.

The very fact that I applied for broad band connection some time November 10 and till date no connection speaks volumes of the service of the service of BSNL. It is high time that BSNL be privatised on warfooting basis it the public at large is to benefit. Only Airtel providing broad band connection. Their service is good but they play the trick in the bill. Suddenly the customers are charged excess for the service they have not used. For customers is a choice between the devil and deep sea (ie., Choice between Airtel and BSNL)
