This complain is send to you because the BSNL is not responding to my complain. our broadband connection is not working (Tel no 0373 2300750). we gave the complain to the department but no response from thier side. they came to rectify the problem but dot not complete the problem. They are just blaming each other like the lineman who comes to check the line says there is a problem with the broadband signal and the broadband staff says it is the line problem. My broadband is still our of order and its been more then 20 days since I complained about it. And moreover I tried to ring the SDO (Mr. Ambika Deori) but no response.

I hope you will bring your kind attention to these people.
