Non-refund of money for cancelled orders

I have ordered a watch (Casio BESIDE BEM-501L-7AV BS062 Watches - Color: Brown) on 2/1, After that no information from this site about the shipment I frequent follow up they said that they have shipped but they didn't shipped my item. After that I have decided to cancelled the order on 10/1 till date I didn't get my money back. I had numerous number of follow up call but they said that it refunded but really it is not refunded. But their status shows it is refund but not really refunded as usual they are cheating customer only updating the status in the site
