Non delivery/No refund

I had ordered following items:

(a) Order no: 10229264: 1 x Tamrac Aero 60 (Model# 3360) Camera Bag (Grey), placed on 2/April for Rs. 1, 990 INR

(b) Order no: 10230002: 1 x Nikon AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G IF-ED (4.3x) Lens placed on 3/April for Rs. 25, 300 INR

these orders were to be delivered in 8-10 working days.

Initially I was told that items will be shipped within 6 days, then Mr. Raja Singh

told me on Wednesday (25th April) that they will be shipped with 48 hours and

then again on Monday 30/April that these items will be shipped by Wednesday 2/May.

Later a mail has been sent from CCO account by Ms. Mamta asking for 4-5 more days.

And Mr. Raja Singh promised to dispact in next 3

days or refund. Neither products have been dispatched nor money refunded.
