Misleading commitments on net/verbal discussion

Sir, on 11.2.2012 Shilpi and Neha Saluja telephone me about perfect information about STOCK MARKET claiming that their team of researchers is like MARKET GOD and their clients never lose money on their TIPS and information about trading in market. Both the sales Girl on net were desperate to get subscription on even SAT'DAY. They advised and committed that from MONEY 13.2.2012 you will be provided with TIPS and you will STOP loosing money in STOCK MARKET (as I am big looser in market, that's why I touched the Capital Via). On their assurance I subscribed HNI plan by subscribing with Rs. 40000.00 thru credit card.

You will wonder, after getting money from me, the CAPITALVIA (to which I would like to say a FRAUD) not done any thing from me and I have not received any advisory call from the Company. When I asked about it, every time asking that we are checking why you are NOT receiving calls from us. Its a great surprise that the are ignored an HNI client very easily and CHEATED ME with Rs. 40000.oo Few Names of the CHEATER COMPANY team members are NEHA, SHILPI, TRIPTI, ABHILASH, RANI, ISHAN, GHANSHYAM.

No body knows their Boss, I many time asked them to provide contact details of RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY of the Company, wonder no body knows the OWNERS contact details.
