I bought a carrier window 2star ac 1.5 ton from mohan electrovision, mohna road ballabgarh. the air conditioner has been not cooling hall. this was at the first day of buying the air conditioner13-05-11, Bill No.14681, a complaint was made to the dealer in the ballabgarh. till now the mechanic who came once could not rectify it. despite repeated reminders the dealer has not sent anyone. i want to replace the air conditioner with someother piece or model and of course the best would be to change the company. it seems to be a problem with all the carrier 1.5 ton window ac model: DURAKOOL.. my contact no. is 9971723447, 8010551003. opposite Y.M.C.A, indra colony House No.2004. can u plz contact the company somehow to solve the problem on tommorow i.e 14-05-11.
