Partial Delivery & when complaint registered no action taken

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Surendra N. Sakpal from Pune.

After reading advertisement (Readers offer) in Times of India paper (Pune Mirror), of Car Stereo & Speakers (Offer was from Indiatimes.com). I placed an order thru phone for Car Speaker & Stereo. However when the order was delivered the Stereo Box was empty & only received the speakers. The box when checked was Sealed by Indiatimes shopping. I removed the packing in front of courier guy (who is again the evidence for it) & found the box to be empy.

When i logged the 1st complaint on they 22nd of Sept. They said that it will get delivered within 6 days. But was not delivered & spoke to Mr. Ankush sharma & mail the same to him. However no response.

Reminder was again sent on 2nd Oct. Again the reminder was sent on 5th Oct.

Later on when i called up again on 6th Oct. One person name Varun told me that there was misunderstanding in taking the complaint & said that it has to logged as new complaint. So again the whole thing was explained. New compaint was logged 1259945 after closing the old complaint 1246542.

Then i have also mailed the communication with Varun to the mail id's he had given (icare@indiatimes.co.in, helpme@indiatimes.co.in, shailesh indiatimes). But no reply as usual.

Again i mailed to the Operationhead@indiatimes.co.in on 23rd Nov, but no reply from him as well.

Later on due to some health problem (Gall bladder operation) i was hospitalised & was advised bed rest for one month. So no chasing for this was done at my end.

Finally today when i called, they said that they do not even exits the above complaints & again have to take complain. So again they have logged the complaint 106349. Have spoken to Mohit (Supervisor) When asked about want to mail the communication. They said mail to cancellation@indiatimes.co.in. Again this is something to fool around.

And i thing this is to cancel the order.

But now i have lost faith in all this & i need your help to solve this. Or i would like to take action thru you.
