CEO - Tata Indicom VSNL Customer affairs

Today after my complaint of non working of VSNL broad band connection. The tata Indicom leased out cable man GIRI (Kalki cable agency tambaram) came to my house when my wife was alone and aparently misbehaved and spoke threateningly and was shouting in a filthy language, My wife immeadiately called me and I asked her to ask him to get out of my house and even heard him in his abusive best, he inbetween called tata indcom guys and they were to mused to hear him speak in that tone and they came after a while apologised to my wife. As a first step I have lodged a police complaint and if the guy is not fired and an unconditional apology is offered I'm going to escalate it to the press. I hope this kind of an offence can not be tolerated at any cost, How can a private operator have tie ups with unruly and incompetent rowdy gangs to conduct business
