Metering problem

Hi,

I have BSNL broadband 500 plan, I had downloaded between the free hours of 2 -8 night, but the usage has not been put into normal usage and not been considered for free usage.

Do anyone have faced the same problem?

what is the solution for this?

Whom should i contact?
