Not Returning my money nor giving a vouche

I had ordered a Hand Blender by Morphy Richards bearing Order number: YBH716076

Since there was a damage when it was delivered i requested for a reverse pick up and was delivered at their end on 31/10

via BlueDart with Tracking ID : 13362782672.

Till today i have neither received any gift voucher nor my money is credit to my account.

I have called the customer care executive nearly 5times none of them could provide me with the right answer. I have posted my concern on their Facebook page they are not responding well :(I dont know what to do. please help me.
