Wrong willing

Hi my name is arun and i m in government job.i hav a complain about citysex.com site which has deducted about 3000rs in place of 150rs.one time i was registered citysex.com site for trial version. the site had said me that he will charge 150rs but after registered the site charged me 3000 rs.site said it will return my money within 7 days but so far approximately 2 month has gone and the site has not returned my money.

please give me guide what i have to do.and this was my email to that site.

the site has said me that he has returned money which is in hold but my icici bank saying me that bank has no holding policy and the site is saying lie.

"hi i m arun and i wan to say that i tried a 3 day trial membership and

ur site has charged me a gold membership please refund my money in my

account.you hav charged me rs 3061.28 rupees in place of

approximately 150 rupees.my order id is 20716062 please take necessary

action immediate.and reply me otherwise i will go to consumer forum."
