Wrong deduction of money

Espected sir my order id of city sex.com is 20716062.on 14/10 i activated my city sex.com trial version account and in trial account it was mentioned that only below 100 rs would be deducted.when i activated my account the citysex.com had deducted around 3000rs .i complained about that to city sex but the site said the money will be returned 1 week.so far 50 days have been passes but i have not receved any money.the site is saying the money has been returned and it it is in hold please contact to your bank but when i contacted to bank they said there is no any money is in hold.sir please tell me what i do.i m doing in government job and i have no time to spend here and there.please help me.
