Clearence of msn/yahoo lottery money

i received a mail from this (rbi_new_delhi@representative.com)

that u send ur id proof & format form given by this mail. i already send all the documents . he also demands rupees 24700.00 for conversion coast for money transfer. so, sir i m requested to you that plz you inquiry from reserve bank of india, delhi that is any amount is come from msn/yahoo lottery department.because i have so tensioned from that email.i give the mobile that two person where they call me.

1 Guatam: 917838579718 and other one is a Lady no name she also tell that she is call from RBI, India. mobile no.- 917838050660.

Now i m working in abroad country.
