Small amount bills make no sense/ are loss to BSNL

I have paid yearly for combo 299 plan/ -

I received bill of rs 10/- last month- for misc calls- no problem

Now what is amazing -for getting rs 10/ --

how much BSNL/ post office / myself has spent!!!???

1) Print bill / stationary / putting in envelope -- abt rs 5/-

2) Courier/postal charges may b about 5/-

3) to pay bill i had to go to Go -- my charge about -rs 10 /-

4) Making receipt/transferBSNL BSNL / accounting procedure say rs 3/-

All amazing –ANYBIDY IS THINKING? WHAT THEY R DOING AT ALL?

how much & who gained in all these transaction? all r looser

THERE MAY B 1000's OF SUCH CASES ALL OVER INDIA

JUST LOSSY TRANSACTIONS/ MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL

SUGGESTION

UNLESS BILL CROSSES RS 300/- / BILL SHOULD NOT B SENT JUST GIVE INTIMATION ON EMAIL

WILL SOME SENIOR AUTHORITY @ DELHI THINK ABT THIS? &

STOP SUCH NEGATIVE GAIN ACTIVITY?
