Internet problem getting very less impact, slow running since last 02 months

We are having 01 line from Borad band BSNL on telephone no. 07643-227440 . We are facing problem from last 02 months in internet speed, as per BSNL plan it should be up to 2 mbps but we are not getting so, Due to this our business is effecting.

In this regards we have also complaint to our nearest exchange office situated at Udaipur & also informed to Mandla (Regional head office) but not getting poroper response from their side.

Please help us urgently to short out the problem.
