Hopeless service, no connection even after 15 days of floowup

Had applied for broadband service on the 1st of april.

1) 1/1/12: Initiated call for new broadband connection bearing ref no : 686377132. 2) The sales guy collected the cheque for Rs.699/- plus an additional Rs. 100/- for some notary issue. 3) 7/4/12: Comp No: 14025268. 4) 14/04/12: Comp No: 14353638, Promised time to resolve: within 10.36AM on 15/4. 5) 15/04: Comp No: 14381784, promised time to resolve 8.25 PM on 15/4.

WE spoke to the following people with their Interaction IDs:

1) Arun (Customer care executive)- 101414190, 2) Saritha (Manager)- 101417812, 3) Sridhar (Manager)- 101634613, 4) Pooja (CCE)- 101660355. Our TBLR no TBLR479236.

Today is the 16th of april. WE have been repeatedly calling the airtel customer care for the result. We have complaint IDs after complaint IDs and promises after promises. And now they are telling that our house address is wrong, which is again their mistake for wrongly typing our address as 15th main instead of 1st main (document provided was rental agreement with correct address). Still there is no response from them. They are even least bothered about us complaining to the consumer forum. We have wasted our time, money and our patience in this petty issue, which could have a simple solution. Please take this matter seriously as this lethargic and negligent behavior is causing a lot of problem to the consumer.
