Connect DSL Broadband
Payment not refunded

Dear Sir,

We are residents of Ludhiana from last 4 months. We had opted for the Connect Broadband connection in Somewhere in October. The person (Contact number- 9256437243) had been in contact and also took 880 Rs for connection. But later due to inadequacy of document denied the connection. Now it's been two months he is not refunding our amount taken in advance.

He kept on saying that he is coming to refund, and now a days he does not even pick the phone.

What are we supposed to do. Please advise.
