Cheating by selling Reliance Netconnect Device

I have purchased Reliance Netconnect from Connect India on 22nd of Feb. I had submitted all the documents at the time of purchasing the card except photo ID proof that I submitted later online. They din't even give me the bill for data card purchase. There was no news from connect India guys regarding the activation but there was mail from admin for purchasing the card from them. I have tried a lot to contact them through mail and phone but no response at all. Later I called Reliance customer care and submitted the document again to them and get the card activated. The speed I'm getting is very very bad, to open google it take 15-20mins. These connect India guys promised me that if you are not satisfied with the speed they will refund the amount since I'm not able to contact them I asked reliance guys but they are saying they don't have refund policy.

These Connect India guys are cheating like this by selling Reliance, Idea etc data card. Please take action against them
