Coral Hub/E Cigerate
Cheated with a non working product

Hi

I had placed an order in Coral Hub for E Cigerate for which order number is 97927. I have paid the cash on delivery. After receiving that product i did try to use the product as per the instruction and i see the product is not working i have contacted Coral hub for that they say it does not have any warrenty they are helpless and they cannot replace the product,

How do i go on this i have been cheated by Coral hub with a non working product and my money is gone waste.please do provide me some justice on this.
