Hi,

Online shopping sites like Crazeal should be banned from doing business. They dupe the customers by charging money from them and not delivering the product. i had ordered a product on 08.01.2012. However i did not receive it till today. I tried calling them time and time again, however they still did not deliver the product to me (even though they had deducted money from my bank account). they never bother to call me back on the issue or inform me about the situation. Who ever from crazeal i talked to, was clueless about my concern. Their customer service representatives were insensitive, rude and unprofessional. On one instance i was trying to inform someone (Mr. Sandeep Subhraminyam) about my concern, i could hear people laughing and making fun from behind. Is this how customers who buy product from their site, who keeps their business running treated.

This site is a fraud. Any one who is reading it please do not buy anything from them. they are very inefficient and unprofessional. Do not loose your money to them. They will charge money from you and will keep you waiting and not deliver the product as they have done with me.

Certain strict action needs to be taken against them so that they learn a lesson.

Be ware of such thieves.
