Refund from Crazeal.com

On 18th May'2012 I made an online transaction of RS. 899=00 in "Crazeal.com" site to purchase "Oleva Jwelery Set" through my credit card of ICICI bank ending with XXXX9007. I got a SMS from ICICI Bank that amount of Rs. 899.00 has been successfullu credited to Crazeal.com.

But, Crazeal.com says thy have not received the amount and they will refund for such bad transaction within 15 days. After 15 days when I asked for refund, they asked me to send the scan copy of my ICICI bank card Statement, I did so but nothing happened. Again after next 10 days I asked for the status of refund, they asked me to send the latest June month statement's scan copy, I did so but yet no refund. For your information - the ICICI bank card statement clearly shows that an amount of Rs. 899.00 was credited to crazeal on 18th May'2012.

Now the condition is such that they even stopped responding to my mails.
